A graphite assembly for photovoltaic coating
Graphite boats carry and position silicon wafers in photovoltaic coating equipment, including tubular PECVD applications. Plate arrangement, wafer positioning and assembly interfaces are reviewed as a complete system.
Review the whole assembly
Define wafer format, loading capacity, plate spacing, contact locations, connection parts and equipment interfaces together. For replacement boats, provide the project specification revision and existing assembly information.
Material and project requirements
Graphite grade, purity requirements, porosity, dimensional tolerances and inspection records are agreed for your process. No single generic boat geometry or material specification applies to every equipment configuration.
