Share the drawing revision, equipment or process information, quantity and any existing part reference. Identify the features that locate, carry, connect or make contact with other components.

Specify the graphite grade or the properties your process requires. Review holes, slots, threads, thin sections and mating interfaces. Confirm dimensional tolerances and any purity, porosity or material documentation requirements before quotation.

Where the project needs a sample or trial assembly, agree its scope and acceptance criteria first. Define the critical measurements, fit checks, appearance requirements and reporting format.

Confirm the project specification, quantities, item identification, protective packaging, accompanying documents and delivery destination. Repeat orders are linked to the approved revision.
