The required graphite grade, material properties and supporting documents are agreed for the order.

Dimensions that affect your process

Identify the locating features, plate spacing, contact geometry, threads and mating surfaces that influence fit and assembly. The drawing defines the critical dimensions and measurement approach.

Inspection and acceptance

Agree the dimensional, visual and assembly checks that apply to your order, together with the record format and acceptance criteria. Samples and first-article reports can be discussed as part of the project scope.

Receiving and handling

Check item identity, drawing revision, quantity, damage and documentation before installation. Graphite parts should be handled with support appropriate to their geometry. Equipment cleaning and process procedures remain subject to the validated requirements of the operating site.
